These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Oneiro ordering portal at order.oneiropharmacy.org and the text message notification program operated by Oneiro Management Group LLC (“Oneiro,” “we,” “us”). By using the portal, you agree to these terms.
Receiving text messages is a separate, optional choice. It is not required to use the portal or to accept these terms, and accepting these terms does not sign you up for text messages.
These terms supplement, and do not replace, any written services agreement, business associate agreement, or other contract between Oneiro Management Group LLC and a customer organization. If these terms conflict with such a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
The portal may be used only for legitimate clinical and business purposes relating to the ordering and delivery of prescribed therapies. You agree not to attempt to access data belonging to other organizations, interfere with or probe the security of the service, use automated means to extract data except through interfaces we provide, or use the service in violation of any applicable law, including HIPAA and state pharmacy regulations.
You receive text messages from Oneiro Management Group LLC only if you enter your mobile phone number and tick the separate, unticked text message box in your portal Settings. That box covers transactional messages only: delivery and account notifications, and one-time security codes used to verify your identity when signing in. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. How opt-in works, with the exact wording of the box and sample messages, is described on our Text Message Program page.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply HELP for assistance or email info@oneiromanagementgroup.com. Reply STOP at any time to cancel; you will receive one confirmation message and no further text notifications. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of receiving pharmacy services.
Our text messages contain no clinical or health information. They indicate only that an update is available and direct you to sign in to the portal.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device, and supported carriers may change without notice. To receive messages you must maintain a working mobile number capable of receiving SMS; if your number changes, update it in the portal or notify us so that messages are not sent to a reassigned number.
We work to keep the portal available and secure, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, modify features, or suspend the service as needed to protect its security and integrity. The portal supports pharmacy operations and is not a substitute for professional clinical judgment; prescribers and pharmacists remain responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of every order.
Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement with Oneiro Management Group LLC, the portal is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oneiro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from use of the portal or the text message program.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will revise the effective date above when we do, and material changes will be communicated to affected portal users. Continued use of the portal after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
